Our Booking Terms & Conditions explain how we manage reservations, deposits and cancellations. By setting out these terms clearly, we can provide excellent service, make the best use of our availability and ensure every guest enjoys the best possible experience.
By making a reservation with Cibo, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Making a Reservation
You can make a reservation online, by telephone or by contacting your chosen Cibo restaurant directly.
All reservations are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking once we have processed your request.
If you have any special requests, such as preferred seating, accessibility requirements or celebration arrangements, please let us know when making your booking. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests; however, we cannot guarantee them.
Deposits
To secure certain reservations, we may ask for a deposit.
Deposits may be required for:
- Large party bookings
- Private dining and events
- Selected promotional events
- Peak trading dates, including (but not limited to) Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and New Year’s Eve
If your reservation requires a deposit, we will confirm your booking once we receive your payment. We will advise you of the deposit amount and payment deadline when you make your reservation.
Unless we tell you otherwise, we will deduct your deposit from your final bill.
Cancellations and Amendments
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or amend your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you have paid a deposit, the amount we refund will depend on how much notice you give and the terms we shared when you made your booking.
Late cancellations or failure to attend your reservation without prior notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
If your party size changes, please let us know as soon as possible. Changes to guest numbers may affect your deposit or table allocation.
No Shows
If you cannot make your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you do not arrive and do not contact us beforehand, we may treat your booking as a no-show. Where applicable, we may retain any deposit paid in line with our cancellation policy.
Arrival Times
Please arrive on time for your reservation.
If you are running late, contact the restaurant as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate delayed arrivals. However, during busy service periods, we may not be able to hold your table indefinitely.
Where necessary, a late arrival may reduce your dining time or result in your reservation being cancelled.
Table Allocation and Dining Times
During busy periods, we may allocate tables for a specific dining duration to ensure all guests can enjoy their visit.
We allocate tables on the day to help us manage service efficiently. Although we will always try to accommodate requests for specific tables or seating areas, we cannot guarantee them.
Large Parties
Large group bookings may be subject to additional booking terms, including deposits, pre-orders or set menus.
We will discuss any additional requirements with you when you make your reservation.
Private Dining and Events
Private dining experiences and exclusive events may have separate booking terms, including payment schedules, cancellation policies and minimum spend requirements.
We will confirm all details before you finalise your booking.
Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation and remind your server when you arrive.
Although we take every reasonable precaution when preparing food, we handle allergenic ingredients in our kitchens. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens.
Children
Families are always welcome at Cibo.
If you require a highchair or have any additional seating requirements, please let us know before your visit and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Accessibility
We are committed to making our restaurants welcoming and accessible for everyone.
If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact your chosen restaurant before your visit. Our team will be happy to discuss how we can best assist you.
Gift Vouchers and Promotions
If you book using a promotional offer, gift voucher or special event package, additional terms and conditions may apply.
Please refer to the individual promotion or contact your chosen restaurant for further information.
Guest Conduct
We are proud of the welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants and ask all guests to treat our team and fellow diners with courtesy and respect.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation if behaviour is abusive, threatening or disruptive.
Communications
After you make a reservation, we may contact you by email, telephone or SMS to confirm, amend or remind you about your booking. These service messages are an important part of managing your reservation.
If you choose to receive marketing communications, we may also send you updates about events, exclusive offers and news from Cibo.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, following the instructions in our messages or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect the service messages we send regarding your reservation.
Privacy
We use your personal information to manage your reservation, communicate with you about your booking and improve your experience with Cibo.

Changes to Reservations by Cibo
In exceptional circumstances, we may need to amend or cancel a reservation due to unforeseen events or operational requirements.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and do our best to offer an alternative reservation.
